Featuring the greatest wines and chefs of all time, Vérité and Benovia Winery are setting the stage for a spectacular dinner for 20 couples.
Buy-In Lot:
- Iron Chef-style competition between Chefs Dustin Valette and Mark Stark, who are playing to win with their three favorite secret ingredients throughout a 6-course dinner
- Dine side-by-side with the winemakers from Vérité and Benovia who will personally pair their current releases and library wines with Chef Valette and Chef Stark's culinary creations
- One bottle each of Vérité and Benovia wines for each couple to take home

Featuring the greatest wines and chefs of all time, Vérité and Benovia Winery are setting the stage for a spectacular dinner for 20 couples at the stunning Healdsburg home of Benovia’s co-founders, Mary Dewane and Joe Anderson. Their magnificent, welcoming home off Westside Road was designed by Howard Backen and was featured in Wine Spectator.
Renowned chefs Dustin Valette, founder of The Matheson and Valette, and James Beard Award semi-finalist Mark Stark, founder of Stark Reality Restaurants, will face-off in an Iron Chef-style competition, making full use of two kitchens, a pizza oven and barbecue at Mary and Joe’s home to craft a six-course dinner that highlights the chefs’ three favorite secret ingredients.
Their inventive culinary creations will be expertly paired by winemakers Pierre Seillan and Mike Sullivan with current releases and library vintages from Vérité and Benovia. Expect showstopping wines, culinary masterpieces, and inspired competition, as you chat with winemakers Mike Sullivan and Pierre and Hélène Seillan. Each lucky couple will take home one bottle each of Vérité and Benovia wines that they can add to their cellars.
