Here in Sonoma County, two guests will get to spend the day learning how to shuck and prepare oysters and sustainable seafood at Hog Island Oyster Co. with Sonoma County Wine Auction Chef Honoree, John Ash. Following your day on the coast, you’ll enjoy an exclusive dinner with Chef Ash paired with his favorite Sonoma County wines.
Then, you are off to Alaska for the culinary trip of a lifetime! Spend July 20 through 24, 2020 at Talon Lodge during their chef series, featuring Chef Ash in a spectacular private island setting. Guests are treated to white glove service featuring Alaska’s finest cuisine in an intimate twenty-two guest experience. This all-inclusive Alaskan Adventure trip includes Alaska sportfishing, and meals prepared by gourmet chefs.
