Throughout the two decades after Williams Selyem Winery produced its first vintage of Pinot Noir in 1981, everyone at the winery has been as passionate about making the most luscious, flavorful wines as the crew who made that first vintage. Experience first hand the Williams Selyem motto – Make the best wines, from the best grapes, from the best growers – as showcased through their iconic wines and stories from these famed winemakers of past and present.

Your evening will include a world-class panel tasting with sommelier and media host moderators, featuring library selection Williams Selyem Pinot Noirs from the era of winemakers Bob Cabral (1998-2014) and Jeff Mangahas (2011-present), as well as wines from Bob Cabral’s newest venture, his very own label Bob Cabral Wines. Following the tasting, enjoy an intimate multi-course dinner with specially selected wine pairing flights featuring Williams Selyem and Bob Cabral Wines throughout the evening.
